Extra parts and modifications used for this conversion

Motor Fitment

Chain-guide mounts removed, motor bolted straight in a couple of spacers to clear the chain-stay. To allow the under slung battery to clear the front wheel the motor had to be dropped down and an end stop installed. A Lekkie 6mm Motorspacer and a couple of M6 washer was used between the locking plate and motor, Lekkie Onenut to lock it in place.

48V 17ah DP6 battery fitted under down tube with some rivnuts.
