About this conversion

A kit transplant for a customer after 12,000km onto another bike. Reasonably straight forward, just a couple of small modifications required.

Extra parts and modifications used for this conversion

Motor Fitment

100w Bafang BBSHD with 2mm BB spacing to clear the suspension link, 2mm washers on each plate bolt. had to file a small amount of material off one of the motor lugs to clear the frame.

Battery

Even though it had two welded on lugs under the downtube they were proud so grinded them down and added new rivnuts to allow a lower battery mount.

Drivetrain

Bling Ring 42T HD, no spacers required.
