About this conversion

Excellent example of a nice carbon PF30 build. This bike was on the limit of being convertible as the thick carbon frame and PF30 looking like it would push the motor too wide. However the conversion worked really well.

Main loom routed internally too for a tidy conversion.

Extra parts and modifications used for this conversion

Motor Fitment

PF30 so needed a Lekkie PF30 Adapter. The external diameter of the BB is 56mm but bulges out in the center. Motor bottom out on the inside radius of the motor, only pushing it out by an extra 1mm than a 54mm frame. A 6mm Motorspacer on the left and a Lekkie Onenut finished it off nicely.

Battery

DP5 battery only just fit in.

Drivetrain

Lekkie Bling Ring 40T01/02 (no spacers), Lekkie Drivecover and Lekkie Buzz Bars Left Offset brought the build together.
