Great conversion we completed for a customer. Well spec’d bike to start with so with a few small modifications the kit fitted really well.
Motor Fitment
500w Bafang BBS02B with 1x 1mm BB spacer and 1x Lekkie Motorspacer 6mm. Lekkie Onenut to lock the motor in.
Made bracket to stop motor rotating forward into battery mounting area and cable out duct that sits under there.
For larger frame where battery can be in frame I would rotate the motor forward further and have a little block in there for the cable. Gear cable still runs under the BB once motor is installed.
Battery
DP6 battery couldn’t fit in frame so had to hang the battery under the down tube. Made a 8mm(ish) spacer for the bottom mounting lug so that it cleared the cable duct.
Drivetrain
Lekkie Bling Ring 40T 01/02 Package, 7mm of Bling Ring spacing and longer bolts.
