A great example of a modern steel conversion. The customer wanted a bike that he can commute and cruise on as well as blast up into the hills loaded up with trail digging tools. With a few Lekkie parts the conversion came together really well.
Motor Fitment
The Motor required 6mm of BB spacers to get the motor to clear the yoke. With a Lekkie Motorspacer 5mm, a few M6 washers and a Lekkie OneNut the motor fitted really well.
Battery
DP6 battery mounted to the bottle cage mounts. A slight modification to one of the cable guides was required to get the battery sitting flat.
Drivetrain
Due to the motor being spaced out we needed a sprocket with lots of offset to try get the chain-line as good as possible. The Lekkie Bling Ring PRO 42T was the perfect solution. The full cassette can be used with no issues at all.
